Morris Animal Refuge is NOT a kill shelter. They work with a network of other foundations and rescues to place animals in their care.
No it's a non kill shelter as far back as I can remember unless they changed it & I don't know about it & they do take in strays but I believe not walk ins you probably have to call ahead of time to make sure they have the room
Yes and yes. It is extremely difficult to find a no kill shelter
