Every Walmart from the west coast to the east coast have WIFI & yes its Free! Click on your cell phone or laptop WIFI connections & click the WIFI connection at that location. Sam's Clubs also offer free WIFI. I travel every month from the east coast to the west coast along with other mid states along the way & every Wal-Mart & Sam's Club have WIFI no matter how big or how small the store may be. I believe they don't. If they did, it would probably pop up on your phone to accept the terms and agreement. Hope this helps.
