Yes! There is Carta City Bus Express route 4 that leaves the North Charleston Visitor Center and will take you to the Down Town Visitor center. $3.50 per person 55 and Older $1 between the hours of 9 & 3:30 and after 6pm. The bus starts at 8:46am and leaves every hour on the 46 minute till 7:46pm. Leaves Downtown on the 25 minute of every hour last pick up lis dt at 8:25pm
You might want to park at Patriot's Point instead.
