Yes you can do a Wal-Mart to Wal-Mart transfer. Cost depends on amount you're sending, starts at $4 for up to 50 and 8 dollars for up to 100. Not positive on cost but positive they do transfer located in the money center at this location.

You would have to go into the bank to make the transfer if you are talking about Woodforest bank that is in Walmart
