All I had to do is make a appointment for a service. They tell me every recall or required service my car is eligible for.
Theres a class action suit for the focus transmission..they have an extended warranty on the effected models. Call your local ford dealer to see if your car is covered.
Call them. There have been issues with the 2012 Focus I've had a jerky transmission and have had to get 2 new internal clutches put on.
