They just aren’t open long enough for working people they are only open when I’m working! 10-5 is just ridiculous really hours should be better so yeah there’s that!

Nathaniel Blake is any extraordinary employee.He helped us to get phones and get our numbers ported over.Verizon was terrible, they took two weeks before it happened.We are very pleased with our service.Thanks

Horrible experience with customer service. Two people supposedly working. One customer in store when I arrived at 11am. All I wanted to do was pay a bill and it took 48 minutes. The other employee would not help because she was "not on the clock". This is my 3rd or 4th experience at this store all have been bad.

Brandon Tate you see no one likes your manager Laura you see all the reviews are for Sabrina You need to do better Get your phone service fixed been calling for weeks No answer the girl said they havent been able to answer phone for weeks I hard a problem with Laura I guess that's why she want answer my calls or let other employee answer it My phone was messed up from day one I went about 4 months with no service Had to send a brand new phone to Samsung to get it fixed It's still the same This was a bad mistake switching over I advise anyone to not go to your store for a phone

Try restarting your phone. Sometimes the service glitches and needs to be reset

This is not a question but yet just a comment this location is full of liars my wife and I went to get phones there going on three weeks ago.. the lady told how much they would be and told us they had to order them three weeks later no phones
