Hello, I currently have an expired government Drivers License and have ordered a new one. It won't be here for 20 days. Am I able to use the form showing I renewed along with my expired ID to get into the event? I also have a debit card.

The temporary paper identification issued by the NCDMV is a legal document / form of identification. Therefore, it shouldn't be a problem.
