got there stood holding my baby and clothes waiting to sell for 15 minutes just for the girl to tell me they stop buying at 9:30. no one could’ve told me this upon arrival?

Seems like a nice store, but they didn’t have many options for newborns and apparently stop buying after the first 10 people due to being understaffed. I’m understanding of staffing shortages but I drove 30 minutes to sell and try to find things for my 18 month old for daycare and some cute items for newborn and it was sadly a waste of a trip. There’s not way id make it there early enough to sell with getting my 18 month to daycare and then taking care of my newborn.

I highly would not recommend coming to this place to shop maybe but to sell NO! Any good comments are prob from friends &family. Long wait they stop taking clothes 15-30 mins from opening... some days only taking toys when it’s fully staffed!! As a manager this is unacceptable in so many ways. -April

If you hit it at the right time. Things sell quickly because of the pricing, so sometimes you have to be a little lucky.
yes. so They know the toy works. they take them out after they test them
The store no longer does appointments but walk-ins are typically from 9,30 to 10,30. It is suggested that you call before hand to see if they are still taking however, due to an influx of buys on certain days.
Standard practices, so like wear a mask, try to distance, try not to touch unless you really have a serious intention to buy from that section... If you bring stuff in for them to buy then have it all washed and folded... No trash bagged items they must be in a tote or bin...
No by law places can't resale car seats due to safety issues, they do have a great selection of clothing, but other items high chairs, pack-n-plays for example go very quickly
Yes, they close at 6pm on sundays. So you have to drop them off 3hrs before they close.
Not much. I tried to sell a $250 full bedroom set for a toddlers room (lamp, curtains, comforter, sheets, ETC). They offered me $4.
Much lower than your expectations. I sent about 10 items (shoes as well) all with tags on them, they offered $3.50 This place is a rip off. They give little, then jack price up 2x when they sell it.
Must be before 8...I was just there at 6:30 and they said they were done with buys for the day....they don't close until 9:00!!!
They take your items, at times they limit the number of bags each person may bring daily, so if you have a lot call ahead. Then they go through while you wait or leave, and they text our call you (if their system is working properly that day) and when you return they go over what they will keep. I brought 5 bags, of which they kept 3 items they paid $10.45. I took the same items they didn't want to my local kids thrift and got $90 dollars. I was not impressed with once upon a child, not to donate to, not worth my time or the drive there :)
No, only children's clothes 0-14 (possibly up to size 16, I can't remembrr for certain).
