I am coming to the Ice Skating championships in Jan. I will be parking my car in the garage. Can I go in and out of the parking area because the events are different times during the day. And I would like to go back to my hotel in between events?

There isn't a parking garage or parking deck, just regular parking. It's usually $20 on the Coliseum grounds and $10 for private lots around the venue. The parking tickets they hand you say 'No Re-Entry'. Not sure if they might offer different parking options for an all-day event where people are more likely to come and go several times.
