Yes, but out of commission. City council has let it and the rest of the park deteriorate very badly. The original wall around the waterfall was very attractive with plants growing from it. Now look at it, a just plain, unattractive thing. Hopefully council will invest and return it to glory. And hopefully nix the hotel that mayor Benjamin proposed in it just a few years ago.
