It took us about 3 hours. We went around on the route one time. Then we joined another tour and got off the tour bus at a couple stops. We enjoyed our tour of Savannah. It took us about 4 hours. The last tour buses come around at about 5, to bring people back to the starting point. Parking is free but limited as long as you park in the designated areas, after purchasing tour tickets. Residents of Savannah are free. AAA offers a discount.

The tour itself in the trolley was only about an hour or an hour and a half if I had to guess. But there are a bunch of stops you can get off at throughout the tour to see things better. So in total it can take all day
