I used to love Grainger and exclusively took my vehicle in for servicing since I purchased it. Unfortunately, they've gone downhill. First they stopped offering Saturday service. Today I called to schedule my vehicle to come in for an oil leak repair. They told me it would be a week before they could get me in, I have to leave my vehicle there all day (possibly overnight) and they can't guarantee a rental. I'll be looking for a new place to have my vehicle serviced form here on.
