Why does Hudson Nissan enjoy telling people that they need work done on their car that's not needed. And when they are cought charging twice for the same service refuses to make it right to the customer standards ie give money back

They have gotten big and busy especially in the service area. I think you just have to be super cautious of what you say and never like most all car dealers should you ever expect to get money back. Try negotiating with someone else would be my only advise.

We Haven't had a problem like that with the extra charge but when my husband goes to get the oil changedthey always tell you at two other thing that needs service.
