We dropped off our car on Friday. We got an email with suggested services, and we indicated what we wanted to move forward with (evaluating a water leak issue). On Monday, we got a text saying that our car was ready for pickup. We wanted to understand what was done (Did they evaluate and not find the cause of the leak? Did they find the cause and fix the leak?), so we called twice on Monday but never received a call back. We proceeded to call five more times on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Finally, we were able to get someone on the phone on Thursday to tell us the status of our car. Then, later on Thursday, we got our first call back after seven calls between Monday and Thursday. We were dealing with one car (thankfully we have two) while our other car sat at the dealership and we could not get anyone to call us back. I suggest getting your car serviced somewhere else if at all possible. The did comp the charges for us after “we had trouble communicating.” It was approx. $180.

All the staff wears masks and customers are at desks at safe social distancing protocols. Very impressed with the professional and considerate staff in regards to COVID practices
The savers card for 25% off of any maintenance that need be done on your vehicle. You have to activate it online with the website they have provided for you in the mail.
If you have a recall notification it should tell you who will complete the work.
You need a mechanic my friend. Never take advice from someone that doesn't pay the cost when things go wrong!
