I would tell your waiter or waitress to tell the cooks not to add salt to your food

Although I used to think there food was great, like alot of chain restaurants it has suffered over time. The only thing that brings me back once in a while is there proximity to my house and there decent IPA selection

Request no salt.

Lord Spleff | Sep 28, 2018

Request no seasoning on food as all seasonings have salt in them

Yeah ... salt is one of those things that make meals taste better when done right. They wouldn't be in business for long if their food was not tasty. You might try asking to have your meal prepared without salt ... but that might leave them liabel on some level. They are declaring that salt is used to prepare their meals ... and salt is even a component of salad dressings. We used to have to declare certain preservatives and peanut oils in our family restaurant ... but many things come prepackaged that way or are required to satisfy the tastes of the great majority. It's a conundrum. I myself am allergic to bananas and was once sent into anaphylactic shock while eating at a Cuban restaurant only to find out, too late, that they cooked with plantain oil. It's the risk we take I guess. Salt is almost unavoidable. We die without salt.
