Yeah...I dont know why they do that. Usually I just hang up and call back. But I tell the person who answers the phone that I was on hold. That's always worked for me.

Why is it when a guest leaves something behind in the booth after a quick lunch that you just take it upon yourself to throw it in the garbage???? Then when I return 9 minutes later....conveniently nobody can find it!! That's just bad for business!!
