Why is it when a guest leaves something behind in the booth after a quick lunch that you just take it upon yourself to throw it in the garbage???? Then when I return 9 minutes later....conveniently nobody can find it!! That's just bad for business!!

My question still isnt answered...Why would you simply discard something that clearly isnt trash? And are you seriously telling me that within a 9 minute turnaround time, that you couldn't find it? It's not like I waited hours to come back. And why couldn't things have been "made right" while I was standing in front of you?
