why is palmetto state armory so severely understaffed? I'm standing in the store while I ask this question. its absurd to have to wait 45 minutes thus far with no service

yes that store is terrible. I bought 4 at kits. it took them an hour to locate 4 kits of the same type. total, I was there for 2.5 hours and didnt need a background. they only reason I go to psa is because the price is right. I think I will just order online or not at all from them anymore

If you are at the Fernandina store, they suck at customer service. I had bad service there the three times that I went to that store. Had salesman walk right past me like I had the plague or something. Was ready to buy a gun but could not get any help. Was there for 35 mins waiting to get help. Left and went over to the Farrow road store, as soon as I walked in i was helped. Got the gun i wanted in less than 15 mins. Have not been back to the Fernandina store since.

Horrible with customer service and WAAY undetstaffed.
