Call the office and get in touch with dispatch. Miss Tonya should be able to get it taken care of for you, or at least find someone who can. Oh, keep calling until someone answers. If you cannot get an answer, press the number for the shop (or Randolph). Tell them your situation. Good luck.
The recruiter emailed me an e-ticket. I printed the e-ticket and used it to board the bus. Make absolutely sure you show up early to the bus stop (perhaps an hour or more early if possible.) I can send the recruiter a message and let him know about your situation as well.

There is always a night time dispatch on duty. Sometimes it will ask for an extension to dial, go through directory and hit dispatch then dial one after
