My son has gone to Camp Canaan now for two summers. He absolutely loves it! He doesn’t want to go to any other camps. He comes home tired, happy and has many stories to tell about his fun day. Highly recommend!

If you have a special needs child on any spectrum, rethink sending them here. We told them upfront of his needs and allowed us to sign up. They told us this past Tuesday, after our childs second week of camp that they are not equipped to handle our child and that we would need to provide a personal counselor. Until then, our child is not welcome back. We have 2 more weeks of summer camp left and not sure that we will be able to find this such person on such short notice. So now we have to scramble. Also now not sure if we will even be refunded our money back as well if we can't get this "counselor" they are requiring. Not like this was our choice! This is unacceptable and a very poor business decision. Very disappointing! ***Update***: By the Grace of God, HE (up there) found someone through a friend of a friend for us that was able to assist. Our child was able to finish out camp for the Summer, made new friends and enjoyed the rest of that last week.
