This office is able to provide all the services the online website can. That is it. All other inquiries will get you directed to the Columbia Vital Records. Waste of tax dollars to keep people employed only to sit in a plush controlled environment and provide no additional services other than what the website offers. Gas has sky rocketed yet we as taxpayers are being charged to keep this office open with tax dollars and charged at the pump to drive to the only vital records office in the entire state that does anything other than what the website offers.

Everyone was very friendly. Ashley was so helpful from my initial phone call, to handing me my birth certificate, there were no complications. I recommend going to Youk Vital Records before choosing a third party to acquire your birth certificate.
