We went last Sunday 9/11/22. We get seated outside & it’s super hot & no one came to ask us if we wanted water or drinks. We see a guy picking up plates from a table and ask if we can order drinks with him and he said he would go get out waiter. No one came for over 40 minutes from when we got sat down. Then the waiter finally comes. She was an older hispanic woman. (I didn’t get her name) & we tried ordering drinks and food at once since they took forever and she told us NO and that it was drinks first only. She gets our order for drinks. She leaves & our waters don’t arrive for another 15 minutes. Like why does water take long?! We tried looking for a waiter but employees would just rush past us or say they would get our waiter who was not even there. Then our drinks come another 10 minutes later. We finally order food & our food also takes forever. My friend and I got the bottomless food & she ordered ceviche….it never came. We remind the waiter & she tells us they are making it fresh & would arrive shortly. She then comes back 5 minutes later and tells us they are out….I then order French toast & it look old and reheated plus they gave me jelly with white fuzzy MOLD on it. We even had to constantly remind them of food we ordered since 2 of us had bottomless. Lastly they charged us 20% tip automatically on the bill because we ordered the bottomless food and drinks. The waiter deserved ZERO tip & we weren’t given a choice. We weren’t even offered a Not even a discount for giving us food with mold & for forgetting our orders constantly. Lastly, we regret doing bottomless because the employees would disappear & we wouldn’t be able to order the “bottomless food or drinks” or if we did place an order they would take forever or forget about it. It was my first time here and I honestly don’t think I will ever go back.
