They do not have a dress code. You can make last minute reservations and feel comfortable in whatever you're wearing (jeans, t-shirt, flip-flops). They truly just want you there. However, I agree with all the other answers... Wear something nice if you're prepared!
Nice clothes, no shorts. Button down and slacks, dresses...
Halls is downtown Charleston, so you'll see a bit of everything, from casual to formal. But being in my 40's I'm always more comfortable at Halls wearing something business casual or better.
