For apartment availability, you'll want to call the office and hope someone answers.

Don't know about availability of units, but electric is KCPL, gas is Kansas Gas Energy/Oneok, apartments are Google Fiber ready. However, I don't recommend moving here due to management that does respond to repair requests or enforce community standards for noise complaints and people who let their dog urinate in the hallways (took several days for that to get cleaned up) or let their dogs defecate on the steps into the building without cleaning it up.
