You can call them and they will answer your questions I had them cater a dinner for me. They can tell you how many people 6 pounds of brisket will feed I would call them on Wednesday to place your order. They will ask what time you want to pick it up and cost. Be sure and have enough sauce on hand or get extra from them. You may want more than a quart of coleslaw They can tell you
