Private appointments are available upon request.
I am not sure what you are imagining when you say "discreet". Anya Bridal is a large shop with several dressing rooms and "stages" for you to see the bride; it is very open, but there are stages/dressing rooms in the middle of the store AND away from the main floor. If you wanted a more private experience, I suppose you could ask for a room along the back wall (still nice!) instead of on the main floor. Also, the dressing rooms have curtains plenty large enough to hide you while you dress, if that was your concern, and your consultant can help you as much or as little as you are comfortable with.
The experience isn't really discreet. When i tried on my dresses, there was a group right next to me with another bride. Though we were in the same general area, I had one side and she had the other. We could both see each other and both parties could see and comment on both of our dresses. If you want something more discreet, I suggest going during the week to an early appointment. There's less chance of a crowd.
I had the first appointment on a Sunday. Only one other group was there at that time but they were sitting on another side. So my fittign was completely private. I think if I came to a later appointment it would be busy. They were preparing for a large bridal party with food and music when were leaving.
What do you mean by discreet? They are a fairly large shop. The fittings are by appointment. You're assigned a dressing room and the sides mirror. There are chairs for your group. The chairs are between mirrors so another group could be pretty close to you. When i was there, the other groups were spread out as not all the design rooms were in use at the time. I wouldn't call it intimate the way some of the small shops in town are. If you're looking for a place that only has a couple of appointments at a time, there are several other places you could go.
