I initially came in wanting a simple design, but showed me a dress totally opposite of what I was asking for and guess what? It turned out to be so me in a way I never would have expected! I felt so glamorous and vintage Hollywood chic on my wedding day.

I had a terrible experience here. I don't think that this business knows how to provide services to black women or full-figured women. I am both. When I first arrived, the door was locked. After standing at the door for some minutes, one of the sales associates fearfully peeked through the door (I guess she was afraid of the black woman standing outside) and asked me what I was doing there. Apparently most of the sales associates did not even know that I had booked an appointment. The sales girl who was assigned to me would barely even touch me when she was helping me to try dresses on and overall did not seem to know what she was doing and didn't seem to care about helping me at all. I could see that she was visibly uncomfortable/bothered during the entire appointment and she seemed relieved when I was getting ready to leave. To top things off, when i asked for a hair tie to style my hair for a veil, the salesgirl said that they only had bobby pins (Translation: we are only equipped for straight, European hair, so anyone who does not fit the bill need not bother. 0/10 terrible experience. I didn't even spend up to 30 minutes at my appointment before I was essentially encouraged to go.

I had an amazing experience here! I picked about 6 dresses to try on and listed them in my appointment request. When I arrived, they were all ready to go in a room and my mother got to help me try on. I actually bought the first dress I tried on. It was backordered, but I went ahead and went for it anyways and it arrived a month before my estimated shipping date. Super glad I went with BHLDN.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I am so disappointed with this company. I ordered my dress in February and was told it would ship in two weeks. After a month went by I was told it was on back order. Another month goes by and I get told that it was that my payment never processed (odd considering I used my card an hour later at David’s bridal). I resubmit payment and now I am being told it won’t arrive until July. I loved my dress so much and now I likely will have to move on because I can’t trust them to get it right and to stop pushing the shipping date back. I realize things happen but nothing has been communicated to me and almost 6 months for a dress? No.

I would recommend it. That way they have dresses you like already pulled for you. They are super easy to work with. I was in and out with my wedding dress ordered in 45 min
