I had the pleasure of working initially with Zam, who was very kind and gave me quick responses. Then soon after, Steve took over, who was also very nice and prompt with his replies. I appreciate the fast communication and friendliness from both of them. I will definitely inquire with them for more shipments in the future! I also appreciate that my cargo was nicely stacked on a pallet and wrapped with plastic. My previous forwarder did not do that and all of my boxes were in bad shape.
