This place is the worst customer service experience I have got ! They are not worried about loosing a long term customer with Att .. As a store, they should be open up for listening to customers concerns. They were ready to loose a customer by being arrogant ! Mr. Simon in the store who welcomed me gracefully but could not do his job well and very arrogant !

The first store I been to that didn't brush me off just because my husband name is on the account . Rajah went above and beyond to help me figure out exactly what I needed. Was very knowledgeable and informative. As far as customer service goes this should be a training store could definitely show the other 2 store I visited a thing or two

I'd like to highlight the service we received from Kendall at the Milpitas location. I had spent 3 days trying to figure out over the phone with customer service / tech support why my network data had been completely stopped, and Kendall was the only person who seemed to understand the issue and wanted to solve it. We had gone to the Milpitas location as a last ditch effort after a fruitless visit to the one closest to our house, where the rep told us we needed to visit a corporate store for actual help. Even though we ended up being the last customers in the store past closing, Kendall would hear none of my apologies and said she only wished we could have resolved our issue before we left but she had run out of ideas. She took my contact information and after a few days called me to see whether I might be willing to see her again to try one more idea she had while she was off. Keep in mind, this was after I had spoken to no less than 7 reps over the phone and still had no luck with data being restored after almost a week, with 1 rep unapologetically stating that maybe my phone, which had been working fine for months, was not compatible with AT&T anymore, and 3 promised follow-ups that didn't happen. Kendall had figured out a convoluted workaround (fiddling with the IMEI) that ultimately fixed my issue! I can't express how pleasantly surprised I was by Kendall's perseverance and kindness in resolving my issue when it seemed that no one at AT&T could even be bothered to try anything beyond basic troubleshooting--even the rep that Kendall had to call during our first visit. She is truly a gem in the mess that is AT&T customer service and I'm grateful for her going above and beyond in helping me.
