Happen to me today
Unfortunately, Best Buy has switched to a Phone Hub model. So when you call a store, your call gets routed to a Hub store, where they then will route your call to the correct store if they can't help you first. The only way to avoid this is by knowing an extension when you call the store. Customer service at every store is either extension 2100 or 2020.
That's odd. Maybe they are having phone issues. Try tge toll free number, maybe the customer service line can contact the store manager for you.
