Yeah on my Samsung phones they said there would be a $45 restocking fee per phone if you returned them I was happy with my purchase so I didn't have to deal with that
Yes they do. Depends on what you are returning though. Some stuff cannot be returned opened.
Yea they take returns. Up to 2 weeks after you buy it.
