The monthly rent here is $525.00 plus $47.17 for sewer, $30.18 for Trash and $1.72 for storm drain Totaling $599.07. Then you will be responsible for your electricity and water usage that are metered, so you pay for what you use and the monthly charges vary depending on usage. We accept trailers that are 1998 or newer, currently registered and in good condition ( No holes, broken or missing windows/panels, flat tires, tarps on roofs or anything that may be considered unappealing.

Thank you for the quick reply. Is there any exception to the 1998 year rule? I currently own a 1990 year trailer that is in great condition, I bought it from an RV technician so it has been well maintained.
