If you go to their website, they have a patient portal (https://13265-1.portal.athenahealth.com/) where you can access all of your reports, and if you have any questions the portal provides the option to send a message to your provider. I have found this to be ESSENTIAL when needing to get in contact with anyone at any of the Rural Health locations as they do NOT answer the phone and they do NOT call you back. EVER! They may not get back to you via messaging through the patient portal right away, but they will get back to you. Good luck!
Just go and ask. If you don't understand, ask. It's up to you to be responsible for the things in life you can't comprehend. I always have my wife with me,so if things are happening that I don't understand she is there to ask and discuss what is needed. Clyburn Center is there for the community and they are there for all needs.
