I left some items behind at the register realized it when I got home have called 7 times and no one is answering the phone. The customer service sucks!

Super busy store...im sure you noticed...call 1 800 Wal-Mart...that will send a message directly to the store manager!!! Trust me

If you take your receipt in the store they will allow to you retrieve your items. They are very busy and can’t always answer the phone

The store should have staff to answer the phone. I have been to many Walmarts and they always pickuo. This store has poor management that doesn't value customer service it's clear Everytime I attempt to shop this store.

Anytime I leave stuff at the register and I come back it's always they Generally put it up

If I leave anything I always return to the store soon as possible.
