Hey, its a great place. The staff may seem a bit rag tag, but they are super cool... they care about your safety and ability to afford items. There is some do it yourself, parts bins and repair areas, so you can circumvent paying for labor. But staff are helpful, well informed, and down to earth, with a spectrum of experience levels. They've helped repair 3 of my bikes, and always been amazing.
Stop by during Open Shop and you'll have access to all the tools and advice you need to fix your bike for free. The used parts selection is great too, most items are $5. Check the Open Shop hours at http://www.morethanabicycle.com/open_shop.html

Lol. Nothing at that place is for free. Overpriced with cold personalities. Find another place.
