Speaking to a live person on Comcast is almost impossible. You have to listen to that rude automated woman for 15 minutes then she hangs up in your face. You probably have to go there physically and not sure that will even help.
They are driving me crazy with the robobitch. You CANNOT get through to a human unless there is a number I don't know. I'm thinking about changing service to ANYTHING.
