I'm sure that your incident is isolated.. and very unusual, huddle House strives to make sure your experience is the best there is to offer. if you have issues in the future please speak with the manager on duty they will be glad to make sure that everything comes out to your specifications.

Most all my visits are good experiences. I would suggest if you have a service or food issue, you make sure to bring it to the attention of the manager on duty. Failing that most all of them are franchise businesses and the owner information is posted in the store. Sorry to hear about it, but hope you have better luck next time.
I've only been there a few times but, when I did go the food and service was good. Too bad you had a bad experience!!
Times I've been there it's been good.
We eat there quite a bit and it was a first for us too. We only saw our server when she got our drinks and walked away while we were placing our order to take a cell phone call, and then we never saw her again. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life and I used to work there so I know it's clean but they weren't even that busy, they were having a birthday party for the cook in the back
Very unusual, I eat there 3 or 4 time a week
