7 of us went and the lobby was closed. Rude employee standing outside telling everyone who came, to go through drive thru. We tried the drive thru but they only allow up to 2 orders at a time. We have many different diet restrictions and allergies in our group and they always mess up our order if we order together. The employee was once again rude. Ended up at one of there competitors along with others we saw leaving the Taco Bell. I know they shut the lobby because of staffing shortages, but they will soon be getting revenue shortages if they keep treating customers as a commodity.

Went to Taco Bell today and was blown away by the hard working young lady running drive through and running food outside because they were short staffed! She told me she was given a promotion this same day! Unfortunately I cannot remember her name but I hope they keep her and get more good people like her! Kudos young lady and Taco Bell!

Every time I go to taco bell I ask for “as much diablo sauce as you can give me” because I go backpacking a lot and diablo sauce is amazing. Usually I get like ten packets. This time, the guy working the drive through finally came through. There are at least 200 packets in this bag. I hope blessings rain down on him and he has a long happy life. If I could, I would give a star for every packet of fiery mouth-nirvana.
