My I-Phone 6 has been not been delivering/receiving texts, freezes, and won't take pictures though I transferred to the cloud. Payments are deducted so I've paid for service I didn't receive. Will go to have phone checked but any reimbursement?

Their customer service is typically very good. You may want to talk with tech support first to see what the problem has been. Then the billing issue can be properly address.

I'm not sure about reimbursement but you may want to call them and explain your situation. They may credit your account for a few months as a way of correcting your pay issue after they resolve your device issues.
