What a disaster. The first gentleman to help us switch from Verizon over to AT&T was named Dwayne. Very nice guy and he worked very hard to get us switched over. There were some technical issues, but we worked through those and got everything taken care of. A+ for Dwayne. The issues are with other members of the staff. My wife returned to purchase an upgrade on a iphone (as one of them was damaged) and had a horrendous experience. A sales representative named Madison was only interested in upselling my wife additional services and upgrading the new AT&T plan we had just purchased a few days before. In the midst of her trying to upsell and make sales commissions on products we had already been presented just a few days before, the specific iPhone that she had come to the store for suddenly became "sold out". The phone was sold to another customer while Madison was playing games. My wife was literally the first customer in the building and had Madison actually listened to her concerns, we would not be waiting for 2 months for a replacement device. She went as far as to say that the store never had the specific device, yet my wife heard another sales person explaining to another customer (who arrived later) about the payment plan on that specific device, and then the customer left with it. She wasted over an hour and plenty of time dealing with this Madison character. Phone service is great, staff, not so much.

My Rep was great as soon as I walk in she help me out trouble shoot my problem and got me in and out she took her time to make sure everything was done right the first time. I was very happy with her customer service skills hit it out the park
