My Brothers rent space runs between $650 to $750. Depending on how much hot water heater uses PG&E all that stuff. But I believe the red spots start out at about $587 and then you add on what you use during the month and that's why it goes up. So when I'm there with my brother his rent is about 6:50 cuz I don't use a lot of hot water I only do wash once a week keep the lights off only use when necessary and that's why I can get his rent down to 6:50 but when other people are there it goes all the way to 7:50 because they don't know how to work it if you get what I mean hope that helps
Hubby says we pay $650. We have been here 2 years. And, yes, it goes up a little each year. Also, be aware that there are rules & regs.
Not sure since that's between a new resident and the managers when they apply for residency. However I have heard through the grapevine that the Valhalla starts each new resident at $600 a month lot rent. And it increases annually at the cost of living rate and I do believe it's 3 point something percent. My base rant is 565 a month and got a notice that starting November it will go up $21 a month. Last year it went up $20 a month. Previous year 17 a month. Hope that helps
