I recently came into the Monticello office to inquire about some things. There was a representative named Phyllis there who was not only warm, inviting and bubbly, but also very knowledgeable about the property as well. She showed me around and also stated she rearranged the office space. It looked more spacious and open with light being able to come through as well. She came and made the office space just like her. Warm, inviting and light. Just like her! She's a keeper! I know any issues I have she will be able to provide resolutions in a timely manner and that gives me peace of mind at Monticello!

It is with pleasure and confidence that I recommend Monticello apartments. I felt as if I was at a resort the palm trees alone gave it an exotic look. It was very clean and quiet the lady Who greeted me was so polite and friendly. I believe she stated her name was Fhyllis But regardless it Was an overall great experience.

Monticello at Southport is more than an apartment, it is truly a beautiful place to call home, that might sound a little cliché but it’s the truth. Any maintenance issues you have are handled immediately. Alex the head of maintenance takes pride in his work and does a phenomenal job at keeping up the apartments maintenance. The office staff Danny and Azul are top notch, any cares or concerns you have, they are on it immediately. It’s a very nice community to live, safe for your children, an absolute beautiful apartment inside and out. Honestly I cannot say enough about Monticello if I weren’t downsizing I would never leave I truly will miss Monticello. I have only been there a year and a half and my entire family is sad to be leaving. We Love you guys, you will be missed, I wish I could give you more than five stars but that’s all it will allow me to give LOL😂😘
