We do not have any park models on display but we have a small singlewide that’s similar to one. You do not need an appointment, come in any time during business hours.
The folks at homes Direct were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in planning and designing just the home we wanted.
Yes we can either take the home in trade if it's newer and in good condition, help find someone willing to take it away, or have a contractor demo it if it's not in good enough condition to be moved.

Do you have one set price for the set up and for the delivery or does it just depend on the county an area that you’re moving to Do you have people that do all that septic work and all that utility work that work for your company that will also do that before set up are you just deliver the home
