They do not accept owner surrenders of pets. You'll have to take your dog to the ACC or possibly the ASPCA; call them first though.

Yes , but i would go on line and call to see if they will take your dog, what do u mean by surrender your dog?. Is your dog sick. Or do you just want to find it a good home
