I'm not familiar with the Prime Rib Dinner special. Harris Teeter is a very good grocery store. They do give a Senior's discount on your grocery bill on Thursdays. Their meats and seafood are excellent. The staff is extremely helpful in locating items if you are having trouble finding anything.
