We were clearly scammed by an online shopper, as credit card was charged twice and 4x the estimated cost. We also got an email the our items were unavailable and had been replaced with wine, fruit, and other high end items not at all related to the order. Ok, stuff happens. We went to the store to speak to the manager (Female, not sure of name) and she was like, sorry we can't help you. Really? Can't help at all for a clear case of fraud by one of your staff? "Have a nice day." Either she is the person who stole from us (and her store), she is complicit, or she does not want to perform her job role. Regardless, we won't be shopping there and our credit card company removed the charge at the cost of Harris Teeter. She cost HT the stolen food, as well as a long time and frequent customer.

A nice HT but need to be selective on what you buy here. I notice the quality often does not match the markup prices as most things at any HT cost more compared to other places. You will end up spending a significant amount more on routine grocery shopping. I guess you're paying for the experience of shopping in a clean store?

Really awesome grocery store. Everyone working here is incredibly helpful and friendly. Definitely my go to place for general groceries! I recommend getting a vic card for additional discounts.
