Employees wear masks. The shopping carts and baskets are sanitized between customers. I don't recall whether or not sheilds were in place at the checkouts.
Technically, most locations' sub shops open at 10am. But, if you ask nicely, the deli usually has no problem making a sub after, say, 9am...
