Well friend can come but they discourage relationship exchange while there. It's just a safety thing. And u do need some sort of I D. If u don't have any u can only stay one night.

I had to show id/drivers license. Not sure if u definitely need it. And it's just for women. There is a separate men's shelter. Ur male partner can visit during certain times.
No its not a couple shelter and u dont need documents to get it jus need to make sure bed is available for u to get in. And its a woman shelter
