You should log on to your gateway account & print off the verification or you could go to your local office & ask for proof....it will be quicker to just log into your account & print it.
You can print it off your Gateway account or go into the office and they'll be happy to provide you a copy.
Just go to the office. If you have time to wait go and ask for a benefits letter. They will give you a print out or will print your approval letter that says the coverage time.
I don't know daughter has account with them.
