18 and up and she can live with family she just has to report her income and what bills she has to pay. They may need a letter just stating that she lives there and that she pays rent if needed

You are an adult and do notnjave to include their income. My daughter got her owns and I had to write a letter says is not paying any bills in my home.

If you are 22 you are considered an adult, but if you live with parents and you are not paying rent you must include their income as part of the household income.
